INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE

MINISTRY OF CULTURE

Designation of the responsible entity: The H. Morelia City Council, through the Ministry of Culture, is the entity in charge of protecting personal data that by any physical means or electronically it collects. Therefore, it is responsible for the treatment of the personal data that provide for the relief and attention of any personal, telephone, communication or request in writing, email and online, receive by the City Council.


All of them will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, section A, section II, and the 16 second paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; by General Law Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obligated Subjects; by the Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Obligated Subjects of the State of Michoacán and the rest applicable regulations.

Purpose of the treatment: Your personal identification data will be used to register and give monitoring of the services provided by the H. Morelia City Council to any person. In addition to establishing direct communication with citizens if necessary, for the provision of the required services, such as:

 

  • Establish mechanisms of cultural and artistic interrelations between society.​

  • Give attention to artists, cultural managers, cultural agents, artisans, businessmen organizations, civil organizations and private initiatives in the cultural sphere.

  • Carry out negotiations, strategic alliances and agreements at the local, national and international level.

  • Promote, disseminate and foster the culture of the Municipality of Morelia at a local, national and international.

  • Execute programs, projects and actions in the field of culture.

  • Enter into contracts and agreements in cultural matters.

  • Evaluate fine arts events, artistic and cultural festivals, meetings, congresses, symposiums and all interaction emanating from citizen proposals in cultural matters in the historic center, neighborhoods, neighborhoods, communities and holdings.

In the case of personal and sensitive data of minors, the mechanisms in place implemented to obtain the consent of the person who exercises parental authority, or in his case, the guardian or legal representative, are subject to the rules of representation set forth in the Family Code for the State of Michoacán de Ocampo and additionally the provisions established in the Federal Civil Code.


Sensitive data that could be collected: In addition to the personal data mentioned, the Ministry of Culture uses the following personal data considered sensitive, which require special protection, as well as the express consent of the Holder its treatment:

  • Municipal Organic Law of the State of Michoacán de Ocampo in its article 40, paragraph e, f section III and article 59.

  • Law on Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of State Personal Data of Michoacán in articles 8 and 33

  •  Cultural Development Law for the State of Michoacán de Ocampo

  • Government side of the Municipality of Morelia in the articles in articles 31 fractions E, F and article 126;

  • Regulation of Organization of the Public Administration of the Municipality of Morelia, Michoacán articles 46 Bis;

  •  Regulation of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data of the Municipality, in  its entirety.

  • Municipal Development Plan.

Application requirements for the exercise of ARCO rights (article 52 of the General Law):
